This policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to mentoring programs, one-on-one sessions, group meetings, and special events such as mastermind weekends.

2. Services Covered

The No Refund Policy covers all services provided by the Company, including:

Mentoring Programs: Customized and structured mentoring programs designed to meet specific client needs.

One-on-One and Group Meetings: Personalized sessions with our mentor, Sara, tailored to individual or group requirements.

Mastermind Weekends and Other Events: Intensive learning and networking events requiring pre-booking.

3. Policy Details

Post-Content Delivery:

Once the mentoring content, services, or sessions have been delivered, no refunds will be provided. This includes access to digital content, completed sessions, and delivered materials.

Clients are encouraged to review all available information about our services before purchase to ensure they meet their needs and expectations.

Future Events and Pre-Booked Sessions:

For events such as mastermind weekends and other future bookings, no refunds are available once the booking is confirmed, regardless of whether the event has taken place.

We recommend that clients carefully consider their availability and commitment before making a booking.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to SSH Mentoring LLC are non-refundable. This includes:

Initial Deposits: Any deposit or partial payment made to secure a spot in a program or event.

Full Payments: Full payments made for any of our services or events.

Subscription Fees: Any recurring fees associated with ongoing programs or services.

5. Exceptions

Under certain exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of SSH Mentoring LLC and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Situations that may warrant a review include:

Health Emergencies: A serious health condition that prevents participation in a pre-booked event or session.

Natural Disasters: Unforeseen events such as natural disasters that make it impossible to attend or participate in a booked event.

Clients seeking an exception must provide written notice along with relevant documentation to support their request.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a client believes they are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, they must submit a written request to sara.reginaherman@gmail.com. This request must include:

A detailed explanation of the situation and why they believe a refund is warranted.
